This is the second time I’ve used 716 Plumbing. Each time they’ve gotten me in right away. They let you know the cost of everything before doing the work and everyone you speak with is friendly and extremely nice. And most importantly they do excellent work!

We can't say enough about Rick at 716 Plumbing. We called about an issue with gurgling in our sink. We investigated the best we could and couldn't figure out why. Rick and identified an issue with our basement toilet. It was an easy fix that my husband could do. Rick told him what part to get and how to go about it. On top of that advice Rick would not take any money. He said they give free estimates and no payment was needed for his advice! We sure will call them again when we need a plumber!

These guys have saved me of dollars over the years.I have used this company 716 plumbingmultiple times. I first met them as a second opinion. I was quoted a job ranging from seven to $10,000 by another local plumbing company. They came in and fixed the issue in about an hour and a half for about $400. It is really hard to find companies you can trust but I highly recommend them.

Rick and Cameron came out to my property and unclogged my sewer lines from the house. They did a fantastic job, and they were very professional and friendly. They let me look into their camera to see what exactly the issue was. After their work was done, they offered me to check the camera again and the pipes were all clear. They put in a solid amount of effort to get this job completed and they blow Reimer plumbing out of the water in every aspect. Great local company, recommend 10/10. I will be using them in the future for other plumbing needs.

Our basement started flooding during a heavy rainstorm because our sump pump simply couldn't keep up with the amount of water coming in. It was a Sunday, and after calling 6 different plumbing companies, no one could get to us for several hours—or even until the next day. We called 716 Plumbing LLC, and Rick arrived within 15 minutes with a submersible pump. He immediately got the water under control and saved us from what could have been a much worse situation. After assessing the problem, Rick recommended a drainage system around the house and installing two new sump pumps to prevent future flooding. The price was very reasonable, and he even offered 0% financing through Wisetack/U.S. Bank, which made the decision much easier. Rick started the job on Wednesday and had everything completed by Thursday—about a day and a half from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, he was honest, reliable, professional, and easy to work with. The quality of the work was excellent, and we now have peace of mind knowing the problem has been properly addressed. We will definitely be calling Rick again for additional work in the future. Highly recommend 716 Plumbing LLC!
